摘要
本文通过对江苏省主要城市的584份草莓园采摘消费者的调研,分析了草莓园消费者的消费情况以及服务满意度。结果表明:消费者存在消费时间和消费半径较为集中、品牌感知度不高、关注草莓口感以及安全性、信任亲友推荐渠道等问题。此外,消费者对草莓园评价总体不高,农家乐类型和高架栽培类型的草莓园满意度更高。
In this paper,584 consumers of strawberry orchard harvesting in major cities of Jiangsu Province were investigated,and the consumption situation and service satisfaction of consumers of strawberry orchard were analyzed.The results showed that consumers had some problems,such as concentrated consumption time and radius,low brand perception,attention to strawberry taste,safety and trust in relatives and friends recommendation channels.In addition,the overall evaluation of strawberry orchards by consumers was not high,and the satisfaction of farmer's pleasure type and overhead cultivation type of strawberry orchards was higher.
