轨道衡检定证书管理系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Rail-weighbridge Verification Certificate Management System

为了提高轨道衡检定效率,开发了轨道衡检定证书管理系统。分别从系统结构、系统功能、系统数据库、体系框架、系统安全5个方面考虑系统的总体设计,重点阐述数据接口、解析OBL文件和电子签名3个关键模块的实现技术,简要论述系统测试过程。系统实现了轨道衡检定记录的在线录入、核验及批准,有效解决了出具轨道衡检定证书不及时的问题。

In order to improve the verification efficiency,rail-weighbridge verification certificate management sys?tem is developed.The overall design of a system is considered from five aspects:structure,function,database,frame?work and security.The implementation technology of 3 key modules,data interface,analysis of OBL files and electron?ic signature,is emphasized and explored in this article,and the testing process of the system is briefly discussed.The system achieves on-line input,verification and approval of rail-weighbridge verification records,and effectively man?ages the situation of not issuing the verification certificates promptly.
