摘要
以某数字指示轨道衡检定不合格案例为例,分析检定过程,排查轨道衡故障。分别从检定流程和称重传感器的非线性2个方面分析传感器发生异常故障的原因。通过调整偏载检定所需质量,分析调整后的不同效果,探讨优化现行偏载检定所需质量的可能性。
Taking a specific verification unqualified case of digital indicated rail-weighbridge as an example,the process of verification is analyzed and rail-weighbridge troubleshooting is carried out.The causes of sensor abnormal faults are analyzed from two aspects:disorders in the verification procedure and the non-linearity of the weighing sen?sor.By adjusting the weight required for unbalance load verification and analyzing the different effects after adjust?ments,the possibility of optimizing the weight required for current unbalance load verification is discussed.
