米轨静态称量轨道衡量值溯源方案研究

Research on Traceability Method of the Measurement Value for the Meter-Gauge Static Rail-weighbridge

米轨静态称量轨道衡仅在我国云南省河口山腰车站运用,主要服务于中国和越南边境贸易及关税结算。米轨静态称量轨道衡量值溯源没有国家计量技术法规。分析当前量值溯源中存在的问题,提出米轨静态轨道衡量值溯源方法,解决边贸轨道衡量值溯源难题,为铁路边贸运输提供计量保障。

The meter-gauge static rail-weighbridge is only used at Hekou Shanyao Station in Yunnan Province,which serves China-Vietnam border trade and custom clearance.There is no national metrology technical regulation for tracing the measurement value of meter-gauge static rail-weighbridge at the moment.This paper analyses the problems existing in the traceability of the current measurement value,raises the traceability method of the measure?ment value for the meter-gauge static rail-weighbridge,solves the problem of traceability of the measurement value of the border trade weighbridge,as well as provides the metrological guarantee for the railway border trade transportation.
