摘要
为了有效监督静态轨道衡检定过程,使静态轨道衡检定质量符合JJF 1069—2012《法定计量检定机构考核规范》的要求,在介绍检定质量控制目的和要求的基础上,根据质量控制的思路,结合国家轨道衡计量站昆明分站的实际,探讨质量控制的3种方法:制定和实施监督检查计划,接受上级部门的监督检查,采取人员比对法验证检定结果。
In order to effectively supervise the verification process of the static rail-weighbridges and make the veri?fication quality of the static rail-weighbridge conform to the requirements of JJF 1069—2012 Rules for the Examina?tion of the Service of Legal Metrological Verification,on the basis of introducing the purpose and requirements of the verification quality control,as well as the idea of quality control along with the actual situation of Kunming subdivi?sion of National Rail-Weighbridges Metrology Center respectively,3 ways of quality control are discussed:plan of su?pervision&inspection was formulated and implemented,Kunming subdivision is supervised and inspected by superi?or departments,and test results collected from different inspectors are compared&contrasted.
