Utilization and Analysis of Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load of Rail Wagon

铁道货车超偏载检测装置是重要的货运计量安全检测设备,广泛运用于铁路货场及编组站。鉴于超偏载检测装置在日常运用中会出现各种故障,给铁路货运工作带来影响,为此对超偏载检测装置的综合运用考核情况开展分析,找出超偏载检测装置在运用中存在的具体问题及检修工作的不足,并提出相应建议。

Detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons is an important freight metering safety de?tection equipment,which is widely used in railway freight yards and marshalling stations.In the view of various faults of the device occur in daily use,which have impacts on railway freight transportation work.Therefore,the comprehen?sive utilization assessment of the detection device is analyzed in this paper in order to find out the problems existing in the utilization and the insufficiency in the maintenance work,and the corresponding suggestions are raised.
