简要介绍自动轨道衡组成,总结自动轨道衡在网络数据传输和设备硬件2个方面的故障处理经验。分别从车站服务器、轨道衡上位机2个角度分析网络数据传输故障原因,从传感器、车号识别系统2个角度分析设备硬件故障原因,有助于采取有效、快速的措施处理自动轨道衡常见故障,保障自动轨道衡的正常运行。

This paper briefly introduces the composition of automatic rail-weighbridge system,summarizes experi?ences of fault handling in network data transmission and equipment hardware.The causes of network data transmis?sion faults are analyzed from two perspectives of station server and upper computer respectively.The reasons of hard?ware faults are analyzed from 2 perspectives of sensor and vehicle number identification system.It is helpful to take effective and efficient measures to deal with common faults of rail-weighbridge and ensure stable operations.
