摘要
针对铁道货车超偏载检测装置运用过程中出现误报问题,分析超偏载检测装置的工作原理和受力情况,认为检测区段及前后50 m轨道不平顺,导致安装在机械承载机构与钢轨之间的传感器采集到的受力信息并不是列车实际的轮重,而是叠加了垂直加速度产生的力。当失准的计量数据大于监控系统的报警设定值时,便会发生误报警的情况。在对菏泽南站新兖上行线超偏载检测装置采取更换称量钢轨、调整机械承载机构、捣固道床道砟等措施进行整治修复后,未出现波形不良和计量失准误报情况。
In terms of the issue of false alarm in the application of overload and unbalance load detecting device for rail wagons,the working principle and the force of it are analyzed.Because of the irregularity of the detection area to?gether with the 50-meter track before and after it,the force information which collected by the sensor installed be?tween the mechanical load-bearing mechanism and the rail track is not the actual wheel weight of the train,and it is superimposed by the force of vertical acceleration.The false alarm occurs when the inaccurate measurement data is exceeding the alarm setting value of the monitoring system.Repair and restore is taken place for the overload and un?balance load detecting device on Heze South Railway Station along Xinyan up line,by using methods such as replac?ing the weighing rail track,adjusting the mechanical load-bearing mechanism,tamping the ballast of the track bed,and etc.Therefore,bad waveform and metering false alarm are not found.
