中哈铁路口岸站静态轨道衡检测概述

Overview of Static Rail-weighbridge Detection at China-Kazakhstan Port Divisions

针对阿拉山口站、霍尔果斯站、多斯特克站3个铁路口岸站,介绍中国和哈萨克斯坦双方口岸站及轨道衡的基本情况。在此基础上,介绍中哈双方口岸站轨道衡互检工作的法律依据和技术依据,然后阐述双方在互检工作中的相同方面,最后从检测方法、计量标准器等方面总结双方在互检工作中的差异。

This article introduces general information of China and Kazakhstan's railway port divisions and railweighbridges in Alashankou Division, Horgos Division and Dostek Division. Moreover, it introduces the legal and technical basis for the mutual detection of rail-weighbridge at ports of China and Kazakhstan. It then expounds the similarities of the mutual inspection work between the two sides. Finally, the differences in the mutual inspection work between the two sides are summarized from the aspects of inspection methods and metrology standard devices, and etc.
