梳理现阶段室内工程存在的突出问题,从企业管理组织模型在室内工程的演变中提取解决方法与原则。通过调查研究法对现有室内工程问题进行整合归纳,明确问题对象,在具体问题下阐述影响因素;通过分析丹尼森文化模型的文献研究并结合逻辑论证,构建适用于室内工程问题解决的组织模型。以构建的模型为基础,在定值不变情况下,提出关键自变量更改下解决问题的设想与思考。通过演变模型的指导,结合实际案例,在案例中对三方主体于室内工程所存在问题具体分析。

To sort out the outstanding problems in indoor engineering at the present stage,and to extract solutions and principles from the evolution of the enterprise management organization model in indoor engineering.Through the investigation and research method,the existing indoor engineering problems are integrated and summarized,the problem objects are clarified,and the influencing factors are explained under the specific problems.By analyzing the literature research of the Denison culture model and combining the logic arguments,the organizational model suitable for solving indoor engineering problems is constructed..Based on the constructed model,under the condition of constant value,the idea and thinking of solving the problem under the change of key independent variables are proposed.Through the guidance of the evolution model,combined with the actual case,the specific problems of the three parties in the indoor engineering are analyzed in the case.
