摘要
针对氢燃料电池输出特性软、输出电压波动范围较大的特点,设计了一种基于移相全桥LLC拓扑的DC-DC变换器。介绍这种电路拓扑的工作原理,通过数学建模的方法分析主要工作模态,提出了基于移相和调频的复合控制策略,并通过仿真和样机实验进行了验证。利用3台电源样机并联与燃料电池匹配,实现了燃料电池10 kW功率输出。此外,实验结果验证了该原理样机的可行性和控制方法的正确性。
A DC-DC converter based on phase-shifted full-bridge LLC topology is designed for hydrogen fuel cell with soft output characteristics and large fluctuation range of output voltage.The working principle of this circuit topology is introduced.The main working modes are analyzed by mathematical modeling method.A compound control strategy based on phase shift and frequency modulation is proposed.The control strategy is verified by simulation and prototype experiment.Three power supply prototypes are used to match the fuel cell in parallel,and the 10kW power output of the fuel cell is realized.In addition,the experimental results verify the feasibility of the prototype and the correctness of the control method.
