一种16位8通道采集平台的设计

摘要 针对工程领域中对精度、动态的应用需求,设计了一款多通道、大动态、高精度的AD采集平台。基于ADS5263芯片设计实现了8路采集,支持CPCI数据传输的硬件平台,并对软件设计、FPGA逻辑时序设计、采集数据校验设计、板卡驱动、器件选型以及平台的可扩展性进行了说明。通过综合测试和工程验证,该采集平台能够实现降低AD噪声系数,提高AD采集动态范围及采样速率,性能指标适应工程领域的发展要求。 Aiming at the requirement of precision and dynamic application in engineering field,a multi-channel,large dynamic and high precision AD acquisition platform is designed.Based on ADS5263 chip,a hardware platform supporting CPCI data transmission is designed and implemented.Software design,logic timing design of FPGA,data acquisition verification design,board driver,device selection and platform scalability are also described.Through comprehensive testing and engineering verification,the acquisition platform can reduce the noise figure of AD,improve the dynamic range and sampling rate of AD acquisition,and meet the development requirements of Engineering field.
