摘要
在信息化技术飞速发展的今天,“信息鸿沟”的问题已不复存在,取而代之的,是以几何级数快速增长的海量数据。如何在海量数据中实现精准挖掘和智能推荐,使社会公众能够轻松查找到所需的信息,成为各类信息服务平台亟需解决的问题。本文以滨州市政务综合服务平台为研究对象,从平台信息获取精准度低、缺乏数据关联挖掘、服务模式缺乏主动性等痛点入手,对平台本身以及相关同类网站的元数据进行采集和结构化处理,形成一站式政务服务信息资源库。本项目采用人工智能领域的NLP(自然语言处理)与人机交互技术,为社会公众提供多终端的即时交互服务。
Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the problem of the“information gap”has basically disappeared.Instead,it is massive data that grows rapidly at geometric speed.How to achieve accurate mining and intelligent recommendation in these massive data,so that the public can easily find the required information,has become the core problem that all kinds of information service platforms need to solve.This paper takes the Binzhou City Government Comprehensive Service Platform as the research object,and starts with the low accuracy of platform information,lack of data association mining,lack of initiative of service mode,etc.,and collects and structures the metadata of the platform itself and related websites.Form a one-stop government service information resource library.This project adopts NLP(Natural Language Processing)and human-computer interaction technology in the field of artificial intelligence to provide multi-terminal instant interactive services for the public.
