摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板内固定(LCP)联合自体骨植骨治疗Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年6月我院新诊断的Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组行LCP联合自体骨植骨,对照组行LCP。观察两组患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月的Baird-Jackson踝关节评分、解剖复位率和骨愈合率。结果术后3个月、6个月、12个月,观察组的Baird-Jackson踝关节评分、解剖复位率和骨愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LCP联合自体骨植骨可改善Rüedi-Allgower Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者的踝关节功能和复位质量,促进骨折愈合。 Objective To study the clinical effect of locking compression plate(LCP)combined with autogenous bone implantation in the treatment of Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture.Methods 62 cases of patients newly diagnosed as Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group underwent LCP combined with autologous bone implantation,and the control group underwent LCP.The Baird-Jackson ankle joint scores,anatomic reduction rates and bone healing rates at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery of the two groups were observed.Results 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,the Baird-Jackson ankle joint scores,anatomical reduction rates and bone healing rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions LCP combined with autogenous bone implantation can improve the ankle joint function and reduction quality of patients with Rüedi-Allgower type Ⅲ Pilon fracture,and promote the fracture healing.
