优质护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗中的应用

Application of High-Quality Nursing Intervention in Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia with Blue Light Therapy

目的分析优质护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年11月至2018年11月收治的98例高胆红素血症新生儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。两组患儿均接受蓝光照射治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。比较两组患儿的临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组的血清胆红素浓度及黄疸指数明显较低,黄疸消退时间及胎便初排时间明显较短(P均<0.01)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.12%,明显低于对照组的22.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗中的应用效果显著,有利于改善患儿的临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with blue light therapy.Methods 98 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received blue light irradiation treatment.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.The clinical indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the serum bilirubin concentration and jaundice index of the observation group were significantly lower,and the jaundice subsidence time and the first defecation time were significantly shorter(all P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.12%,significantly lower than 22.45%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with blue light therapy has significant application effect,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of children,and reduce the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
