优质护理干预在门诊复发性口腔溃疡患者中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on Application Effect of High-Quality Nursing Intervention in Outpatients with Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的探讨优质护理干预在门诊复发性口腔溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年12月至2018年12月期间我院门诊收治的100例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理干预。比较两组患者的口腔溃疡愈合时间、疼痛程度、OHIP-14评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的口腔溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的VAS评分和OHIP-14评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组的护理满意度为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论对门诊复发性口腔溃疡患者实施优质护理干预,可有效减轻其疼痛情况,改善其口腔健康状况,促进其口腔溃疡愈合,提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in outpatients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 100 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to our outpatient department from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The healing time of oral ulcer,pain degree,OHIP-14 score and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of oral ulcer in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score and OHIP-14 score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention in outpatients with recurrent oral ulcer can effectively alleviate the pain,improve the oral health,promote the healing of oral ulcer,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
