微信平台延续性护理在乳腺癌根治术后患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of We Chat Platform Continuous Nursing in Patients after Radical Mastectomy

目的分析微信平台延续性护理在乳腺癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2017年7月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上予以微信平台延续性护理,比较两组患者的疾病认知评分及生活质量。结果出院6个月,观察组的疾病认知评分及FACT-B评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌根治术后患者中采用微信平台延续性护理,能够增强患者的疾病认知水平,改善其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of WeChat platform continuous nursing in patients after radical mastectomy.Methods 84 cases of patients undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance,and the observation group was given WeChat platform continuous nursing on this basis.The disease cognition score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after discharge,the disease cognition score and FACT-B scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat platform continuous nursing in patients after radical mastectomy can enhance the disease cognition level of patients,and improve the quality of life.
