摘要
目的分析引导式教育联合家属参与护理在脑瘫儿童康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年6月期间收治的100例脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组(n=50)及观察组(n=50)。对照组行常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上行引导式教育联合家属参与护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的GMFM、Gesell、PSQ评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育联合家属参与护理可明显提高脑瘫儿童运动功能恢复效果,促进患儿智力发育,并能减少患儿心理问题,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of conductive education combined with family member involved nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received conductive education combined with family member involved nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the GMFM,Gesell and PSQ scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Conductive education combined with family member involved nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of motor function in children with cerebral palsy,promote their intellectual development,and reduce the psychological problems,with higher clinical application value.
