正畸治疗中微螺钉支抗的稳定性研究

摘要 目的研究正畸治疗中微螺钉支抗的稳定性。方法选取15例患者为研究对象,共种植微螺钉36颗,通过评价种植数量、种植位置、种植位置的反应、种植力度、加力时间、患者口腔卫生等临床变量并结合SPSS 19.0软件分析技术来确定影响微螺钉支抗稳定性的因素。结果在36颗微螺钉中,33颗微螺钉种植成功,成功率为91.7%。患者治疗时,种植部位不同,微螺钉的稳定性不同;若在种植早期施加种植力度,则会影响正畸治疗,若在后期加大种植力度,则对治疗无显著影响;口腔卫生良好的患者,其治疗效果及微螺钉的稳定性更加显著,而其他变量则对治疗效果影响不大。结论种植部位、治疗初期的稳定性及患者口腔卫生情况是影响微螺钉支抗稳定性的重要因素。
