增强CT诊断口腔癌下颌骨侵犯的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析增强CT诊断口腔癌下颌骨侵犯的临床价值。方法选取已经被病理检测确诊为口腔癌的25例患者作为本次实验的研究对象,分别使用增强CT扫描和CT平扫来对患者进行检查,对比两种扫描方式的检查准确率。结果 25例口腔癌患者中,牙龈癌患者6例,口底癌患者7例,舌癌患者12例,通过增强CT,准确检测出6例牙龈癌、7例口底癌及12例舌癌患者,误诊0例,检查准确率为(100%);而通过CT平扫检查出4例牙龈癌、6例口底癌及10例舌癌,误诊5例,检查准确率(80%)。组间差异较大,有明显统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论使用增强CT来对患者进行口腔癌诊断,诊断准确率较好,可以尽快为患者确诊,争取宝贵的治疗时间。
