摘要
对当前情况下的5种汽车生产企业售后服务模式进行了详细分析,对其优缺点进行探讨,在此基础上阐述售后服务品牌化等服务创新模式,为汽车生产企业以及服务企业的发展提供参考借鉴。
This paper analyzes the after-sales service mode of five automobile manufacturers under the current situation,discusses its advantages and disadvantages,and then on the basis of this,it mainly expounds the service innovation model such as after-sales service branding for the future.The development of automobile manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises provides theoretical references.
