摘要
教学、科研、实践如何从貌合神离跨越到三位一体是具有现实社会意义的问题,以创新创业学科高校教师为例对此进行了探究。首先从学生职业规划、教师职业规划、其他职业规划等研究主题和理论基础、研究设计、变量测量、分析技术等研究方法两大视角对54篇文献进行回顾。然后从发展历程、概念内涵、采用原因、操作步骤4个层面对设计思维研究方法进行说明。最后通过职情调查、职业痛点、职业创想、职业规划、征求意见5个步骤确定创新创业高校教师的职业使命和职业愿景。这是应用设计思维方法解决职业规划问题的一次尝试,开启了教学、科研、实践三位一体的职业探索。
How does teaching,research and practice span from dispersion to trinity?This is a matter of practical and social significance.This paper takes the teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship as an example to explore this.First of all,54 literatures were reviewed from the perspectives of research topic and research method,such as students'career planning,teachers'career planning,theoretical basis,research design and variables measurement.Then it explains the research methods of design thinking from four aspects:the development course,the concept connotation,the reason of application and the operation step.Finally,the career mission and career vision of teachers in innovative and entrepreneurial colleges are determined through five steps of job situation investigation,career pain point,career creation,career planning and consultation solicitation.This is an attempt to solve the problem of career planning by applying design thinking method.It opens the career exploration of trinity.
