摘要
运用TRIZ中的物理矛盾和分离发明原理、系统裁剪、因果轴分析法、效应库及发明问题的76个标准解研究验证华中农业大学已改进的鸡蛋重量分级机称重部分所蕴含的TRIZ理论,并在此基础上提出了改进拨蛋器及接蛋托的创新方法,使得称重部分的效率及稳定性提高。
Using the physical contradiction and separation invention principle in TRIZ,system cutting,causal axis analysis,effect library and 76 standard solutions of invention problems to verify the TRIZ theory contained in the weighing part of the egg weight classifier of Huazhong Agricultural university,and on this basis,put forward some innovative methods for improving the egg picker and ordering,so that the efficiency of the weighing part is accelerated and stable.
