摘要
目的评价锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月我院治疗的四肢骨折患者140例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用普通钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,对比两组临床骨折愈合率、手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间)以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组骨折愈合率为98.57%,高于对照组的84.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效确切,骨折愈合快速,手术中出血量少,手术时间短,且术后并发症发生率低,是临床治疗四肢骨折的有效内固定方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures.Methods A total of 140 patients with limb fractures treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary plate internal fixation.The observation group was treated with locking compression plate internal fixation.The clinical fracture healing rate,surgical index(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,healing time)and complications were observed.Results The fracture healing rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 84.28%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than that in the control group 22.85%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking compression plate internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures is effective,rapid fracture healing,less bleeding during operation,short operation time,and low postoperative complications.It is an effective internal fixation method for clinical treatment of limb fractures.
