针对复杂武器装备物资配套存在的问题,提出了实施三年滚动计划,加强供应商质量监督检查,加大专项督促力度,做好产品放行策划等应对措施,指出了编制、发布物资采购周期,改进完善付款模式,加强合同履约考核等改进提升方向,为复杂武器装备产能提升和均衡生产提供可靠的物资保障条件。

Aiming at the problems existing in supporting materials for complex weapons and equipment,it puts forward some countermeasures,implementing three-year plan,strengthening supplier quality inspection,intensifying special supervision and so on.The improvement direction is pointed out,compiling and releasing material purchasing cycle,improving payment mode and srengthening performance appraisal of contracts.It provides guarantee conditions for capacity improvement and balanced production.
