摘要
【目的】探究缓释肥用量对薄壳山核桃容器苗生长和养分状况的影响,确定培育薄壳山核桃容器苗合理的缓释肥用量。【方法】采用单因素完全随机区组设计,设置不同处理T0、T1、T2、T3(缓释肥用量对应为0、3、6、9 kg/m^3),测定和比较薄壳山核桃苗木生长及植株N、P、K养分含量。【结果】与对照(T0)相比,不同缓释肥处理均显著促进薄壳山核桃苗木苗高、地径、单株生物量、根系总长、根系总表面积、根系总体积、根系平均直径和各器官N、P、K含量,改善了根冠比且以T1处理效果最佳;随着处理浓度增加,促进效应下降。动态测定表明,缓释肥处理能保持试验期苗高与地径的持续快速生长,其中地径的持续时间更长,生长后期(8月中旬后)与苗高呈现非同步性。【结论】适量的缓释肥用量能促进薄壳山核桃容器苗的生长、生物量积累和根系发育,促进效应与改善植株N、P、K养分含量有关;缓释肥施用量以3 kg/m^3较佳。
【Objective】The objective of the present study was to explore the effects of slow-release fertilizer dosage on the growth and nutrient contents of pecan(Carya illinoensis)container seedlings and to determine a reasonable slow-release fertilizer dosage for cultivating these seedlings.【Method】A single-factor,completely randomized block design was used to set up the treatments T0,T1,T2 and T3(0,3,6 and 9 kg/m^3,respectively)with different slow-release fertilizer dosages,and the growth of seedlings and nutrient content[nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)]were determined and compared.【Result】Compared with the control treatment(T0),the different slow-release fertilizer treatments significantly promoted seedling height,root collar diameter,biomass per plant,total root length,total root surface area,total root volume,root diameter,and N,P,and K levels in all organ.The nutrient content improved the root-to-shoot ratio,and the treatment effect was found to be optimum with T1.As the fertilizer concentration increased,the promoting effect decreased.Dynamic measurement showed that the slow-release fertilizer treatment maintained rapid increase in seedling height and root collar diameter during the treatment period;the root collar diameter lasted longer than other factors,and the growth stage(after mid-August)and seedling height were non-synchronous.【Conclusion】An appropriate slow-release fertilizer dosage can promote growth,biomass accumulation,and root development in pecan container seedlings.The promoting effect was related to increased nutrient content,and the optimum fertilizer dosage was 3 kg/m^3.
