在欧洲大部分国家,政府对电影的资助机制是影响该国电影业发展的重要因素。匈牙利的资助机制从20世纪90年代起发生了多次变化。自2011年最后一次重要变化之后,匈牙利电影在很多方面都呈现出良好的发展态势。因此,本文探讨的重点是匈牙利扶持电影的机制与匈牙利电影业的发展状况,讨论扶持机制最核心的法律背景和改革过程及目前最重要的机构,以及政策起到的作用和依然存在的挑战,总结评估过去八年电影扶持机制中值得思考的问题。

In most European countries, the state film monetary support system plays an important role in the development of the local film industry. In Hungary, this support system has gone through multiple changes starting in the 1990 s. Following the last major changes in 2011, Hungarian film has enjoyed success in many aspects. That is why this article is focused on the Hungarian film monetary support system in relation to the recent trends of Hungarian film. In the first part it discusses the legislation background and reform process of the support system. Then it describes the most important institutions of the system, the way the policies affected the film industry and also the challenges still remaining. In the last part the author addresses questions worth considering when evaluating the Hungarian film support system over the past eight years.
