中药复方网络药理学研究述评

Review on the research in network pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine compound

中药复方研究一直是中医药研究的重点和难点。由于中药复方复杂的多组分途径及协同作用的基本特点,使得明晰其作用机制极其困难。利用单一的还原法研究中药复方显然是不合适的,而利用整体性思维的网络药理学方法研究中药复方理论上具有可行性,但由于时代生命科学发展和有效的中医药相关数据的限制,要明确复方的机制仍难以实现。在解析了中药复方物质成分的重要前提下,利用当前系统生物学技术和研究成果,结合网络药理学与还原法逐步构建中药药效成分、成分靶标、靶标病证等网络,研究具体机制、配伍规律等是当前中药复方相对可行的研究策略。

The research of traditional Chinese medicine compound has always been the focus and difficulty of traditional Chinese medicine research.Because of the complex multi-component pathway and the basic characteristics of synergistic action,it is extremely difficult to clarify the interaction mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound.It is apparently inappropriate to use a single reduction method to study traditional Chinese medicine compound,but it is theoretically feasible to study Chinese medicine compound using the network pharmacology method of holistic thinking.Moreover,due to the limitation of the development of life science and effective data of traditional Chinese medicine,it is still difficult to clarify the mechanism of compound prescription.On the premise of analyzing the components of traditional Chinese medicine compound,it is a relatively feasible research strategy to use the current system biology technology and research results,combining with network pharmacology and reduction method to gradually construct the network of effective components,component targets,target syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,and study the specific mechanism and compatibility rules.
