中医手诊三维诊断法的理论渊源及临床应用

Theoretical origin and clinical application of the three dimensional diagnosis of hand diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine

手诊是中医望诊的一部分,是在中医基础理论的指导下,运用基本的望诊方法,观察手部色泽、肌肉、脉络、形态、指甲,感受温度、出汗情况,参合其他诊法进行临床诊病的辅助诊法。近年来手诊的研究越来越多,笔者梳理了手诊的理论渊源,并结合笔者30余年的临床经验从形态、颜色、脉络及赘生物3个维度系统介绍了中医手诊的三维诊断法。希望可以为临床提供较好的诊断思路,对一些疾病做到早期预防、诊断,从而达到中医"治未病"的目标。

Hand diagnosis is a part of the inspection of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). By utilizing the basic inspection method and under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM, hand diagnosis is a auxiliary method that observes the color and lustre, muscle, venation, shape, fingernail, local temperature, sweating of the hand to diagnose clinical disease. Recently, there were increasing researchers pay close attention to hand diagnosis. The theoretical origin of hand diagnosis was sorted out in this paper, and introduced the three dimensional diagnosis of hand diagnosis based on author’s clinical experience from the perspectives of shape, color, veins and vegetation, hoping to provide diagnostic idea for clinical application and preventive treatment of disease.
