“曲剂”名词源流考 被引量:5

摘要 曲的最初应用是酿酒,至殷商时期,麦曲最早被用于治疗胃肠疾患。渐渐地在以小麦为原料的酒曲的制作过程中,加入其他药物,经发酵制成发酵力更强的神曲,亦供临床药用。至明代药用曲剂的制作方法基本定型,现代曲剂的内涵完整呈现。但是在近代文献中才出现"曲剂"这一剂型名词,《中医药学名词》将其列为规范名。"曲剂"作为规范名,符合术语定名的协调一致原则、科学性原则和简明性原则。 The qu was originally used in wine making, to the period of the Shang dynasty, wheat qu is the first to be used for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Gradually, in the process of making wheat-based qu, some Chinese medicines were added to make the qu with stronger fermentation power, which was also used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. To the Ming dynasty, the preparation method of fermented medicine was basically mature, and the connotation of modern fermented medicine was complete. However, the term ‘fermented medicine’ appeared in modern literature, and was listed as a standard name in Nouns of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a normative name, the ‘fermented medicine’ conforms to the principle of consistency, scientificity and conciseness of the nomenclature.
