基于贝叶斯网络的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期证候与症状间的关联模式 被引量:14

Relationship between symptoms and syndromes in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on bayesian network

摘要 目的:构建慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称慢阻肺)急性加重期证候与症状间的关联模式。方法:选用既往(2006年12月至2008年12月)研究中开展的全国9家省级中医院调查所提供的1 768例患者资料,建立数据库,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2软件实现贝叶斯网路算法。结果:贝叶斯网络图显示,构成风寒束肺证的症状组合形式有9种,外寒内饮证有8种,痰热壅肺证有10种,痰浊阻肺证有7种,痰蒙神窍证有9种,血瘀证有8种。贝叶斯网络条件概率表显示,症状对风寒束肺证的条件概率范围为0.12~0.86,对外寒内饮证为0.20~0.90,对痰热壅肺证为0.34~0.88,对痰浊阻肺证为0.45~0.88,对痰蒙神窍证为0.67~0.91,对血瘀证为0.25~0.59。结论:依据贝叶斯网络图及条件概率表得到了慢阻肺急性加重期常见证候的症状组合诊断及症状对证候的条件概率。 Objective: To construct an associated pattern between symptoms of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: The database of 1 768 patients provided by the survey of 9 provincial-level Chinese medicine hospitals conducted in the previous(12, 2006 to 12, 2008) study was used to establish a database.and using the IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2 the to achieve the goal of completing the Bayesian algorithm. Results: The Bayesian network diagram display, there are 9 kinds of symptom combinations that constitute the syndrome of wind-cold fettering the lung;and the syndrome of external cold and internal fluid is composed by 8 kinds of symptom combinations;the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing has 10 kinds of types;and the syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing lung is composed by 7 kinds of synmpton combinations;besides, there are 9 kinds of syndrome combinations existed in the syndrome of spirit confused by phlegm;and the syndrome of static blood has 8 types of symptom combinations. The Bayesian network condition probability table display,the conditional probability of symptom of wind-cold fettering the lung is from 0.12 to 0.86;the syndrome of external cold and internal fluid is from 0.20 to 0.90;the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing correspond to from 0.34 to 0.88;the conditional probability of the syndrome of phlegm-dampness is from 0.45 to 0.88;and he syndrome of spirit confused by phlegm is from 0.67 to 0.91;The conditional probability range of symptoms to the syndrome of static blood is from 0.25 to 0.59. Conclusion: According to the Bayesian network chart and conditional probability table, the combination diagnosis of common syndromes in acute exacerbation of COPD and conditional probability of symptoms to syndromes were obtained.
