从肺论治血液病的理论浅析

Theoretical analysis of treating hematopathy from the lung

在中医基础理论中,肺多与呼吸、治节等相联系,而与血液的关系则鲜有提及,血液病从肺论治的相关研究甚少,但在古今临床实践中能够发现肺与血的联系同样密切。文章通过对肺与血中医生理病理的认知总结,阐述了肺脏参与生血、行血与肺病及血的过程,以及对古今名医从肺治血的理论与方法、临床用药经验进行发掘,结合现代医学的微观研究,进而浅析从肺论治血液病的理论基础与可行性,丰富血液病的中医辨治方法,为中医治疗血液病拓展新的思路。

In the basic theory of TCM, the lung associated with breathing, body-regulation, etc. Its relationship with blood is raised rarely, and it’s also the same in the related research of treating hematopathy from the lung. However, the close connection between lung and blood can be found in the ancient and modern clinical practice. In this paper, through the summary of lung and blood’s physiological and pathological cognition of TCM, aiming to expound the lungs to participate in blood generation, blood flow and blood diseases resulted by the lung. Moreover, the theories and methods of treating from the lung put forward by the ancient and modern doctors, and experience of using clinical medicine and herbs, which are exploited and combined with the microscopic study of modern medicine to analyze the theoretical basis and feasibility of treating hematopathy from the lung. It can rich the TCM syndrome differentiation method of hematopathy, and explore a new idea for TCM treatment of it.
