阎小萍诊治燥痹的五液辨证学术理论探讨

燥痹是风湿性疾病中比较常见的病种之一,而且有其特征性证候特点,阎小萍教授经过多年临床实践与理论研究,对燥痹的临床证候进行归类分析,结合《黄帝内经》的脏-体-窍-液理论,首次提出了燥痹的"五液辨证"理论,其内容主要包括辨唾、辨泪、辨涎、辨涕、辨汗。燥痹的五脏病损通过相对应的五液的多少变化,能更明确地体现病变重在何脏,对临床工作者进行辨治燥痹提供了具体明了的理论指导,从而更好的提高燥痹的临床疗效。
