严隽陶“杂合以治”学术思想在推拿学中的运用

上海市名中医严隽陶教授是丁氏推拿流派第四代代表性传承人,在继承前辈的学术思想基础上,博约治学,开拓创新,特别强调"衷中参西"的理念,"杂合以治"是严隽陶教授的另一重要学术思想。文章通过引入"序贯疗法"的概念,对严隽陶教授"杂合以治"学术思想在推拿学中的运用加以阐述,对制定疾病推拿治疗的临床路径具有深远的临床指导意义,旨在传承名老中医推拿学术思想,推进推拿临床的进一步发展。

Professor YAN Jun-tao, a renowned Chinese medicine professor in Shanghai, is the representative successor of the fourth generation of Ding’s Massage School. On the basis of inheriting the academic ideas of his predecessors, professor YAN Jun-tao has learned extensively and pioneered and innovated, with special emphasis on the concept of ‘integrative Chinese and western medicine’, and ‘treating by mixing’ is another important academic thought of professor YAN. By introducing the concept of ‘sequential therapy’, this paper expounds the application of professor YAN Jun-tao’s academic thought of ‘treating by mixing’ in tuina, which has far-reaching clinical guiding significance for the formulation of clinical pathways of massage therapy for diseases, aiming at inheriting the academic thought of tuina of famous old Chinese medicine and promoting the further development of tuina clinic.
