中药膏方制备工艺传承与发展

Inheritance and development of preparation technology of traditional Chinese medicine ointment

膏方是中药传统剂型之一,由于可实现"辨证论治"与"个体化治疗",在注重保健的今天仍然有着鲜活的生命力和广阔的市场前景。稳定可控的制备工艺是保障膏方品质与疗效的关键,但目前关于膏方制剂工艺的研究,尤其是收膏工艺的量化表征研究相对较少,制约了膏方的发展。文章通过查阅文献,对膏方的传统制法、现代工艺研究及不足进行分析,以期为进一步在遵循膏方传统理念和制法基础上,应用现代技术,深入开展膏方制备工艺研究,促进膏方的传承与发展提供参考。

Ointment is one of the traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms which has been used for thousands of years. It is everlasting for the character of ‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation’ and ‘individualized treatment’, and it has vivid vitality and broad market prospects in today’s health-care-oriented world. An stabilized and controllable preparation technology is a key guarantee for quality and effect of ointment. But at present, there are relatively few studies on the preparation technology of ointment, especially on the quantitative characterization of ointment collection technology, which restricts the development of ointment. By consulting the literature, this paper analyzed the traditional preparation method, modern technology research and deficiencies of ointment, in order to further follow the traditional concept and method of ointment, and apply modern technology to carry out in-depth research on ointment preparation technology, and to promote the inheritance and development of ointment.
