帕金森病肝肾亏虚相关证候的研究进展

Research progress on syndromes related to liver and kidney deficiency in Parkinson’s disease

帕金森病是一种临床常见的神经系统变性疾病。近年来帕金森病的中医临床证候研究较多,这些证候研究对帕金森病的中医临床诊疗方案具有重要的指导意义,与其临床疗效密切相关,其中帕金森病肝肾亏虚相关证候研究较多,取得了一定的进展。文章就近5年国内期刊上发表的关于帕金森病肝肾亏虚相关证候的研究进展从临床中药试验性研究、名家经验与数据研究、动物模型实验性研究3个方面进行相关综述,以期对帕金森病的中医临床治疗与科研具有一定的指导意义。

Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common clinical neurodegenerative disease. In recent years, there are many clinical studies on clinical syndromes of Parkinson’s disease, these syndrome studies have important guiding significance for the Clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine for Parkinson’s disease, and are closely related to its clinical efficacy. There are many researches on the syndromes of liver and kidney deficiency in Parkinson’s disease and some progress has been made. Through reviewing the research progress on the syndromes related to liver and kidney deficiency in Parkinson’s disease published in domestic journals in the past 5 years, it have reviewed the clinical Chinese medicine experimental research, famous experience and data research, animal model experimental research, hope that it can have a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment and research of Chinese medicine for Parkinson’s disease.
