中药面膜治疗痤疮的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of acne with traditional Chinese medicine mask

中药面膜是以中医药理论为指导,将中药粉末或中药提取物和适当的成膜材料均匀混合而制成的敷面涂剂。中药面膜治疗痤疮属中医药特色疗法,其操作方便、疗效明显、不良反应少、安全持久。文章阐述了痤疮的病因病机及中药面膜特点、种类与作用机制,中药面膜治疗痤疮的组方及方法。除了单用,还包括中药面膜联合内服药物疗法、针刺疗法及其他疗法。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) mask is made from a mixture of Chinese medicine powder or Chinese medicine extract and suitable film forming material based on the theory of TCM. The TCM mask treats acne belong to characteristic therapy of TCM with some special features such as convenient operation, obvious curative effect, little side effect and long lasting safety. This paper expounds the causes and pathogenesis of acne, the characteristics, species and mechanism of TCM mask, and prescription and the methods of TCM mask. In addition to the mask treatment, also includes in combined with TCM therapy, acupuncture therapy, and other therapies.
