大鼠面神经功能评价方法研究进展

Research progress on evaluation methods of facial nerve function in rats

面瘫是由于面神经受损引起面部表情肌群运动功能障碍的一类疾病,会给人们带来极大的精神心理负担。因其发病机制至今尚未彻底阐明,需借助动物模型进行更为深入的研究,故评价模型成功与否及神经损伤功能恢复情况至关重要。文章通过查阅文献总结近年来实验大鼠的面神经损伤功能评价方法,从行为学、组织形态学、神经电生理等方面归纳概括了其生理、病理表现,以期对临床及科研人员对今后的面神经损伤大鼠实验动物研究提供一定的参考。

Facial palsy is a kind of disease caused by facial nerve function injury and facial expression muscle movement dysfunction, which will bring great mental burden to hunman. Because the pathogenesis has not been thoroughly elucidated, futher research is needed with the help of animal models, it is impoteant to evaluate the success of the model and the recovery of nerve injury. Through reviewing the literature, the evaluation methods of facial nerve injury function of experimental rats in recent years were summarized, and their physiological and pathological manifestations were summarized from the aspects of behavior, histomorphology, neuro electrophysiology and so on, in order to provide some reference for clinical and scientific researchers to animal models of facial nerve injure rats.
