从《清宫医案研究》谈康熙朝满族宫廷医药特色

Discussion on the characteristics of Manchu palace medicine in Kangxi dynasty from the Research on Qing Palace Medical Case

满族医药文化是中国传统医药文化不可或缺的组成部分,其具有本土医药文化特点,同时也根据满族人自身的医学理念,在临床上吸收了中医学和西医学的成分,丰富了清代满族医药文化的内容。《清宫医案研究》中记载了清朝各个时期皇帝、大臣的病案情况。文章以康熙帝时的病案为文本,分析并总结其在临床中的用药、治疗特点和体现的满族宫廷医药特色,及其在清后期满族医药发展史中的重要性。

Manchu medicine culture is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese medicine culture, which has characteristics of indigenous medicine culture. At the same time, it also absorbs the ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in clinic according to the medical concept of Manchu people, which enriches the content of the Qing dynasty Manchu medicine culture. Research on Qing Palace Medical Case recorded the medical records of emperor and secretary of different historical periods in the Qing dynasty. The article takes Kangxi’s medical records as the text, analyzes and summarizes its clinical use, treatment characteristics and Manchu palace medicine characteristics, and its importance in the history of Manchu medicine in the late Qing dynasty.
