Checklist for the reporting of clinical practice guideline of traditional Chinese medicine

报告不规范是中医临床实践指南存在的重要问题,而报告不规范直接影响了中医临床实践指南的临床应用。本研究以《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写(GB/T 1.1-2009)》为框架,结合临床实践指南报告规范(COGS 2003)、国际卫生实践指南报告规范(RIGHT)和中医药的特点形成中医临床实践指南报告清单初始条目,继而通过问卷调查、专家访谈和会议共识法进一步对清单初始条目进行修改,最终形成中医临床实践指南报告清单,以期为中医临床实践指南的撰写提供报告建议,并为评估中医临床实践指南的报告质量提供参考。

Nonstandard reporting was an important issue in the clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and it directly affected the clinical application of TCM clinical practice guidelines. We developed an initial list of items based on the Directives for Standardization-Part 1: Structure and Drafting of Standards(GB/T 1.1-2009), ‘The Conference on Guideline Standardization(COGS 2003)’, ‘Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT)’, and the characteristics of TCM clinical practice guidelines. Questionnaires investigation, expert interviews and conference consensus were used to refine this list and the final version was formed. The purpose of this assay was to provide report recommendations for the drafting of TCM clinical practice guidelines and to provide a reference for assessing the reporting quality of TCM clinical practice guidelines.
