加味温脾颗粒治疗阳虚便秘型急性胃肠损伤患者疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of acute gastrointestinal injury complicated with yang deficiency constipation with Modified Wenpi Granules

目的:观察加味温脾颗粒治疗阳虚便秘型急性胃肠损伤患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例给予加味温脾颗粒,对照组50例给予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片,疗程均为7d。评价两组患者在治疗前及治疗24h、48h、72h、第7天的中医症候积分、腹内压、胃残留量、肠鸣音变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为48.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗第7天的腹内压、胃残留量、肠鸣音及中医症候积分均显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味温脾颗粒对阳虚便秘型急性胃肠损伤患者疗效确切,能够治疗便秘,促进胃肠道功能的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Wenpi Granules in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal injury complicated with yang deficiency constipation. Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in the treatment group were given Modified Wenpi Granules and 50 patients in the control group were given Moxabilli Citrate Dispersible Tablets for 7 days. To evaluate the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score, intraabdominal pressure, gastric residual volume, and borborygmus data before treatment and at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and at 7 d after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 48.00% in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of intraabdominal pressure, gastric residual volume, borborygmus, and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups improved on day 7 of treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Wenpi Granules has curative effects in patients with acute gastrointestinal injury complicated with yang deficiency constipation, which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, worth clinical promotion.
