Professor DONG Jun’s Thoughts on Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

董筠教授认为脾胃素虚是慢性萎缩性胃炎内在病因,湿热、血瘀、气滞、郁热为其基本病理因素,常表现为多种病理因素相兼为患。辨证上主张将中医四诊资料与现代医学检验技术相结合,即宏观与微观相结合。治疗坚持"方证对应""药证对应""病证合参"的原则。用药根据主病、主症运用经方,直切病机,针对兼证及西医学现代药理研究辨证加减用药。同时嘱病人进行饮食及情志调摄。

Professor DONG Jun thinks that deficiency of zhongjiao is the intrinsic cause of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Damp-heat, blood stasis, qi stagnation and depression-heat are the basic pathological factors. Professor DONG advocates the combination of four diagnostic materials and modern medical laboratory technology, according to the syndrome differentiation. She adheres to the principles of "recipe-syndrome correspondence", "medicine-syndrome correspondence" and "disease-syndrome combination and reference". In medication, according to the main disease and symptoms, Professor DONG is good at using classical prescriptions, flexible and skillful, according to the pathogenesis. In view of concurrent syndrome and modern pharmacological research, he adds or subtracts medicines according to syndrome differentiation.
