凉肝清心法联合优甲乐替代治疗甲状腺功能减退疗效及对血清MCP-1、MPO的影响

Effect of Lianggan Qingxin Method Combined with Euthyrox Alternative Therapy in the Treatment of Hypothyroidism and Its Influences on Serum MCP-1 and MPO Levels

目的探究凉肝清心法联合优甲乐替代治疗甲减患者临床疗效及对患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年3月本院收治的甲状腺功能减退患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组行优甲乐替代治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合凉肝清心法治疗;观察2组患者疗效和血清MCP-1与MPO水平。结果治疗后观察组患者临床控制例数和总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后2组患者血清MCP-1和MPO水平均显著降低(P <0.05),观察组患者血清MCP-1和MPO水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者的TSH水平较治疗前均显著降低,观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05);患者的FT3、FT4、TT3和TT4水平较治疗前均显著升高,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.05);甲减患者经治疗后甲状腺功能得到显著改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组。结论凉肝清心法联合优甲乐替代治疗甲减患者疗效显著,血清MCP-1和MPO水平显著降低,可明显改善甲减患者甲状腺功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lianggan Qingxin method combined with Euthyrox alternative therapy in the treatment of hypothyroidism and its influences on the levels of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1) and myeloperoxidase(MPO). Methods 96 patients with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in each group, patients in the control group were treated with Euthyrox alternative therapy, while patients in the observation group were treated with Lianggan Qingxin method on the basis of the control group;the curative effect and serum MCP-1 and MPO levels of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical control number and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);after treatment, the levels of MCP-1 and MPO in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), the levels of MCP-1 and MPO in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);TSH levels in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);the levels of FT3, FT4, TT3 and TT4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);thyroid function in hypothyroidism patients was improved significantly after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Lianggan Qingxin method combined with Euthyrox alternative therapy in the treatment of hypothyroidism patients has a significant effect, can significantly decrease serum MCP-1 and MPO levels, and significantly improve thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism.
