2型糖尿病患者背俞穴血流灌注量与体表温度的临床研究

Study on Blood Flow Perfusion and Body Surface Temperature in Patients on Back-shu Point with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的通过激光多普勒血流监测技术和红外热像技术,初步了解2型糖尿病患者背俞穴血流灌注量和体表温度的变化特点,为运用穴位进行中医诊断提供客观依据。方法收集160名2型糖尿病患者,采用激光多普勒血流仪和红外热像仪对2型糖尿病患者同步监测背俞穴及其旁开1 cm对照点的血流灌注量和体表温度,连续记录30 min,观察2型糖尿病患者背俞穴血流灌注量和体表温度,建立数据库并分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者肺俞、脾俞、肾俞和胃脘下俞血流灌注量和体表温度与旁开对照点比较,均高于对照点且有统计学差异(P <0.05或P <0.01)。结论背俞穴血流灌注量和体表温度的改变与2型糖尿病有一定的相关性,可为2型糖尿病患者进行中医诊断提供客观参考依据。

Objective By means of laser Doppler blood flow monitoring and infrared thermography, the characteristics of blood flow perfusion and body surface temperature in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) were preliminarily studied. To provide an objective basis for the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine by using acupoints. Methods A total of 160 patients with DM were collected. Blood perfusion and body surface temperature were monitored simultaneously at Back-shu point and its adjacent 1 cm control point by laser Doppler flow meter and infrared thermal imager. The blood flow perfusion and body surface temperature were observed in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) for 30 min. The database was established and analyzed. Results The blood flow perfusion and body surface temperature of fei shu(BL13), pi shu(BL20), shen shu(BL23) and weisanxia shu(EX-B3) in type 2 diabetic patients were higher than those of the control point, and were significantly higher than those of the control points(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The changes of blood perfusion volume and body surface temperature at back-shu point have certain correlation with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can provide an objective reference for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus in traditional Chinese medicine.
