四磨汤联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿厌食症

Treatment of Anorexia in Children with Simo Decoction Combined with Bifidobacterium Quadruple Living Bacteria Tablets

目的分析探讨四磨汤联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年6月-2017年6月间收治的80例厌食症儿童患者,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各10例。对照组均给予纠正不良饮食习惯并调整饮食等基础治疗,同时给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片进行治疗;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合使用四磨汤进行治疗,2个月为1个疗程。分析2组患儿在治疗前后血清胃动素以及P物质水平,并比较2组治疗方案的临床效果。结果 2组患儿治疗后的胃动素和P物质水平均显著高于治疗前(均P <0.05);治疗后,观察组胃动素和P物质水平分别为(318.29±55.39)ng/L和(44.98±7.76)pg/m L,均显著高于对照组的(274.29±51.29)ng/L和(38.44±6.77)pg/m L(均P <0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论四磨汤联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗厌食症患儿,临床疗效明显优于单纯采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,并且能够显著提高患儿的P物质和胃动素水平,有效提高患儿食欲,改善患儿的厌食症状。

Objective To observe the effect of Simo decoction and bifidobacterium on the treatment of anorexia in children. Methods Select our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 treated during the period of 80 children with anorexia, according to random number table method to put all the children were randomly divided into two groups, 10 cases each. The control group was given basic treatment such as correcting bad eating habits and adjusting diet, at the same time, bifidobacterium quadruple living bacteria tablets were given for treatment. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group was treated with Simo decoction for two months as a course of treatment. The serum motilin and P level were analyzed in both groups before and after treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Both of the two groups showed significantly higher levels of motilin and P than before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment, patients with gastric dynamic element and the level of substance P, respectively(318.29±55.39) ng/L and(44.98±7.76) pg/mL, which were significantly higher than that of control group(274.29±51.29) ng/L and(38.44±6.77) pg/mL(all P < 0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.00% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the children in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Simo decoction combined with bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets in the treatment of anorexia children, the clinical effect is obviously better than the treatment of Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets alone. and the latter can significantly improve the patient’s substance P and gastric dynamic element level, improve the appetite, improve the symptom of anorexia.
