推进宏观政策 促进口腔健康

Improving oral health through promoting public policies

在全国卫生健康大会上,习近平总书记提出了"以基层为重点,以改革创新为动力,预防为主,中西医并重,将健康融入所有政策,人民共建共享"的新时代党的卫生健康工作方针。这一方针中"将健康融入所有政策"是健康促进(包括口腔健康促进)的重要策略。事实上,由于口腔疾病发病率高,波及各个年龄段人群,影响全身健康及生活质量,疾病负担重,可防可治,口腔健康问题已成为宏观的公共卫生问题。因此,公共卫生问题需要采取解决公共卫生问题的方式来处理,即需要推进宏观政策建立来保障口腔健康促进的效果。文章就联合国、世界卫生组织、世界牙科联盟及各国政府制定的一些相关口腔健康促进政策和策略进行总结及解读。

President Xi Jinping said at National Meeting on Health,"Health promotion should focus on community,driven by reform and innovation,with prevention as first task,combining the Western with Chinese medicine. Health policy should be integrated into all policies to build a health system for all people to share". In fact, due to the oral diseases have high incidence, people can suffer from oral health problem in any age, oral diseases impact on general health and quality of life, oral disease burden is heavy, and oral diseases are preventable and treatable. Therefore oral health problems have become public health problem now. So the public health problem must be dealt with through macro method. That is, promoting oral health through public policy. This article briefly introduced the oral health promotion policy recommended by WHO, FDI and other countries.
