片区化多管沟深基坑土石方开挖爆破控制技术 被引量:2

摘要 主要围绕西北戈壁环境片区化多管沟在土石方开挖爆破中,针对常规开挖爆破方式难度大、管沟位置错层交叉布置、基坑爆破较深开挖量大、与各厂房接口多而复杂、土石方倒运作业面狭小、工期横跨冬季施工期、爆破震动对已建在建项目的影响等问题,提出了相应的技术控制措施。通过某军工项目厂房室外管沟工程土石方开挖爆破作业的实践与总结,确保了其在复杂工况环境下安全有序实施,对类似工况环境片区化多管沟土石方开挖爆破作业具有较高的借鉴价值。 This paper mainly focuses on the regional multi-pipe trench blasting in the gobi environment of northwest China.Aiming at the difficulties of conventional excavation blasting,staggered arrangement of pipe trench positions,large amount of deep excavation of foundation pit blasting,multiple and complex interfaces with various powerhouses,narrow working face of earthwork inversion,and the construction period spanning the winter construction period,and the impact ofblasting vibration on the projects under construction,etc.,the corresponding technical control measures are put forward.Through the practice and summary of earthwork excavation and blasting operation in outdoor pipe trench of a military project workshop,the safe and orderly implementation of the blasting operation under complex working conditions is ensured,which has a high reference value for the earthwork excavation and blasting operation of multi-pipe trench in similar working conditions.
