高速公路沥青路面破坏特征及预防养护措施研究

Research on Damage Characteristics and Preventive Maintenance Measures of Expressway Asphalt Pavement

在高速公路建设过程中,沥青路面应用广泛。但是,随着使用年限增长,在车辆荷载作用下,沥青路面在使用过程中会出现不同程度病害,对高速公路行车效率、安全等方面产生影响。而在高速公路运营过程中,不少人员、单位存在重建轻养的观念,加之各类养护技术较为落后,基础性养护工作较弱。在此背景下,预防性养护概念逐渐兴起,在高速公路沥青路面未出现结构性破坏之前就对道路开展预防养护的管理策略,大大延长高速公路路面使用寿命。论文分析了高速公路沥青路面破坏的主要特征及原因,提出高速公路沥青路面预防性养护的必要性,探究了高速公路沥青路面预防性养护的主要措施和适应性。

In the process of expressway construction,asphalt pavement is widely used.However,with the increase of service life,under the action of vehicle load,asphalt pavement will have different degrees of diseases in the use process,which will have an impact on the efficiency and safety of expressway.In the process of expressway operation,many people and units have the idea of attaching importance to construction and neglecting maintenance and neglecting maintenance.In addition,all kinds of maintenance technology are relatively backward,and the basic maintenance work is weak.In this context,the concept of preventive maintenance is gradually emerging,and the management strategy of planned maintenance of highway asphalt pavement is carried out before structural damage occurs,which greatly prolongs the service life of highway pavement.This paper analyses the main characteristics and causes of the damage of expressway asphalt pavement,puts forward the necessity of preventive maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement,and explores the main measures and adaptability of preventive maintenance of expressway asphalt pavement.
