隧道防护门的力学分析与布置工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 隧道防护门倾倒及其零部件脱落会对行车造成巨大的安全隐患,在以往修建的高速铁路隧道中没有设置防护门的安装条件,隧道防护门隔断墙与隧道壁一般由化学锚栓进行连接,隧道防护门的设计及安装没有现成的规范、标准。为了保证连接的可靠性,结合工程实际,运用力学理论及计算机仿真技术对防护门化学锚栓进行力学分析及校核。结果表明,防护门隔断墙和隧道壁的连接在理论上是合理可靠的。在外界不可控因素的影响下,为消除防护门倾倒对行车造成的安全隐患,论文结合防护门设置的特点,对隧道防护门的布置方案进行了研究,给出了多种合理的方案,对今后隧道防护门的布置工艺设计及标准设计具有参考价值。 The collapse of tunnel protective doors and the falling off of their parts will cause great potential safety hazards to traffic.There are no installation conditions for protective doors in high-speed railway tunnels built in the past.The partition walls of tunnel protective doors are usually connected with tunnel walls by chemical bolts.There are no ready-made specifications and standards for the design and installation of tunnel protective doors.In order to ensure the reliability of the connection,the mechanical analysis and check of the chemical anchor bolt of the protective door are carried out by using the mechanical theory and computer simulation technology in combination with the engineering practice.The results show that the connection between partition wall of protective door and tunnel wall is reasonable and reliable in theory.Under the influence of uncontrollable external factors,in order to eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by the dumping of protective doors,this paper studies the layout scheme of protective doors in tunnels according to the characteristics of the installation of protective doors,and gives a variety of reasonable schemes,which has reference value for the layout process design and standard design of protective doors in tunnels in the future.
