摘要
工业自动化设备平台采购价格偏高,却不能解决运用中的所有问题。利用Arduino开源平台设计一种通用型的模拟型号转控制型号的装置。控制部分的实现通过Arduino进行,包括Arduino系统I/O点分配和系统结构功能图的设计以及系统结构的电路图的设计,Arduino系统程序编写,装置在接受传感器的数据后显示并运算,达到设定数值后,启动继电器去控制电路。装配简单、运行可靠、效率高以及有效提高了资源的利用率。
The purchase price of industrial automation equipment platform is on the high side,but it can not solve all the problems in application.A general analog model-to-control device is designed based on Arduino open source platform.The control part is realized by Arduino,including the I/O point assignment of Arduino system,the design of system structure function diagram and the design of system structure circuit diagram.The Arduino system program is written.The device displays and calculates after receiving sensor data,and starts the relay to control the circuit after reaching the set value.Simple assembly,reliable operation,high efficiency and effective improvement of resource utilization.
